I Know ... I Know

last time I said it was my last post until after the move .... but I took one look at my scrapbook cabinate and then looked at the box. Well long story short I'm blogging. LOL. So the munchkin is in bed and I was taking a peek at some scrap shops new items and the new products Memory Works offers ..... Yup drooling over new halloween lines. I really need to buckle down and start studying to eventually complete my dream of having my own cute scrapbook line one day, but right now I will drool over others. LOL. Let's be honest Halloween Rocks (the cute stuff, not the scary) .... how cute are these new lines .... picked a couple of my favs.

I just want to sqeeze the cuteness out of these characters.

My second pick is Pink Paislee HOCUS POCUS.
I love the light sweet colors. So Cute.

You can never go wrong with doodlebug.

My last is American Crafts Boo.
How neat is this ... Neon is so in right now and this is just very funky.

Well just wanted to show some Halloween Goodies I'm dying to get and know I shouldnt. Have a great week everyone. Tommorrow I really gotta start packing. LOL.

Digital Doodle Tuesday

We had a free doodle assignment this week and I picked Happy Howl-loween and Party Banner. I had a lot of fun with this assignment. I happen to get this cute Haunted House at TJ MAXX, I wanted to use it for our table center piece. Decided  to add this altered ghost from Making Memories. LOVE all the GLITTER.

Supplies: Digital Doodles KM ( Happy Halloween & Party Banner) MM (chipboard ghost) SU (ribbon)
Ink (paper) Misc (zing black powder and glitter)

See you all back here after the move. Keep on being creative.

Quick Monday Post ....

Besides tomorrow (Digital Doodles Tuesday) this will probably be last craft post for awhile. Apparently, with buying a brand new home it takes even longer to get cable/internet hook-up than normal. What will I do without my internet for longer than 3 days??? It’s probably good to get a social network break at least once a year. LOL.
So my house is cluttered with this ....

Also my office is empty and looks like this (which I should be use to considering
how much I move) but still very weird.

I did manage to create this with some scraps before packing the rest of my
Creative Oasis. The paint is actually a digital brush. I love printing paint splats instead
of getting out the actual paint. You can say I'm a lazy scrapper when it comes to that stuff.

Supplies: Digital Elements ( Ali Edwards overlays, Peppermint Creative Pint Box)
Creative Café (stickers) MMBI (Paper) Jelly Bean Soup (Tags) Misc (Floss) SU (CS & Stickers hop)

I hope everyone had a good weekend. Back to packing .....

A Very Random Friday ....

I’m so glad it is FRIDAY. For some reason this has been an extremely exhausting week. Its 11:30am and I’ve managed to drop the munchkin off at school, mow the rest of the yard, shower, GET BACK in comfy PJ’s, and fold clothes. <Having things that need to be done never ends. LOL. I’m finally attached to my CPU where I plan to stay for awhile and to check out all these cool design blogs a stumbled across.

First though …. Grey’s Anatomy (I am severely obsessed with this show). Last night was the premiere of Season Seven, which I was so stoked for!!!
OKAY seriously. Yang is afraid to do surgery? Never thought that would happen. Derrick is Adrenaline pumped; when he crashes (mentally) I think it’s going to be bad. Poor Grey back to having issues again. Also everyone is getting married and wanting babies (Boy we have come a long way from season three). He He. Yes this season is defiantly going to be a lot of healing and repairing of each other and not patients.

Okay so Design Blogs … As you all know we are closing our first home on the 1st, I’m not even in the house yet and room designs, paint colors, and furniture ideas are clouding my head as of late. You have to remember now, I’ve only been blogging for almost a year so a lot of these blogs are very new to me. So at the moment loving these three: Oh Hello Friend, Cartwheels on My Mind, & Nora Griffin (Her tumblr. favorites are good finds). Here's some things that I found that just caught my eye. Sorry I didnt save the link for every pic. I was browsing so fast I just kept saving everything. (But you should find it on one of the there blogs).

Loving how everyone is using the needle point hoops (might be something I have to do for my office).

The cutest Craft Areas I have seen. Small for me but love them.

Wishes this was my backyard .... LOL.

Last thing promise .... I love these. I want to randomly hang tags somewhere. Ha.

Off to browse some more, Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Hybrid Halloween

I am feeling so much better today ... As you can see I have been on the major Hybrid Kick lately .... I absolutely love these Halloween Graphics from Lettering Delights. Jillustration graphics are my favorite, she makes the most unique little doodles. For my projects today, I used these two sets of Graphics I got last year. They now happen to be on sale for $1, so if you like them, now is the time to buy some. Smell My Feet & Spook Alley.

You might remember these tags I made last year. I made them for my Shoppe and ended up keeping them because I just couldn’t part. Yes, I still have them. LOL. Being the Halloween lover I am I could not resist incorporating these graphics in a page. I love how this 8 ½ x 11 page turned out. In case you are wondering where I got the Bloody Gauze from (at Michaels, in the Halloween décor, next to the bag of bones and fingers). LOL.
Supplies: Lightering Delights (Spooky Alley & Smell my Feet Graphics)
MM (Wire) K&Co (black paper) Misc (Tags, CS, Bloody Gauze)

Slowly Recovering ….

Every school year my son gets sick the second week of school and then he is nice enough to give it to me. Still trying to recover from my first of many colds this season. LOL.  Good news is I can finally taste food. Which as you all know is a good thing when you have a cold. Had the walk threw for our new house last week and I am even more excited to move in. I’m ready for our closing date to get here so we can get this ball rolling. 2 MORE WEEKS!!!
Friday Night, I was checking my email like every other night and I was reading my “Two Peas in your Inbox” Newsletter for 31 New Digital Kits.  To my surprise my Digital Doodles “Thankful” Mini Book was featured in the Featured Gallery Posts Section. How very cool. That made my weekend.

Well since my head does not feel like a balloon I’m trying to get some house stuff done; but I promise I have a very cute Halloween post for you this week and my DD project on Tuesday (which I’m super excited about). Hope everyone has a good week.
